History.

The Sd.Kfz.10, also known as the Demag D7, was a German half-track produced during the Second World War. Designed as a light prime mover, it was mainly used to tow small artillery pieces such as the 2 cm FlaK 30/38 anti-aircraft gun or the 3.7 cm Pak 36 anti-tank gun. Powered by a Maybach six-cylinder engine, it could carry up to eight soldiers in addition to its towing role. Approximately 14,000 were built between 1937 and 1944, making it one of the most common half-tracks in the Wehrmacht. The vehicle’s versatility, off-road mobility, and reliability made it an important support vehicle, particularly for fast-moving infantry and reconnaissance units on both the Eastern and Western fronts.
